Women's Hormone Optimization
When your labs read “normal” but you do not feel like yourself, the answer is rarely in your head. It is in a pattern no one took the time to measure. We test deeper, then build a plan around what we find.
This may be a fit if…
- Exhausted by noon and wired at midnight, no matter how you sleep
- Cycle changes, mood shifts, or perimenopause symptoms dismissed as “just stress”
- Stubborn weight, thinning hair, or low libido with “normal” bloodwork
- You want a provider who measures hormones instead of guessing
Hormones are a pattern. We read the whole pattern.
Conventional care often stops at a single thyroid value and a glance at your cycle. We look wider — at how estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, cortisol, and testosterone move together — because symptoms live in the relationships between them, not in any one number.
Your results are reviewed by our Medical Director, Dr. Robert Bregman, MD, and translated into an individualized, provider-guided plan. When appropriate, that plan may include bioidentical hormone support, thyroid optimization, targeted nutrients, and lifestyle protocols designed to support energy, mood, sleep, and metabolic balance.
This is not a prescription pad and a goodbye. We re-test, we track how you respond, and we adjust under provider guidance — because hormones change, and your plan should change with them.
What individualized care may include
- Comprehensive functional hormone and thyroid testing
- Bioidentical hormone support, when clinically appropriate
- Thyroid and adrenal optimization protocols
- Targeted nutrient and metabolic support
- Scheduled re-testing and provider-guided adjustments
Care is individualized and provider-guided. Specific therapies are recommended only when appropriate following evaluation.
Questions, answered
My bloodwork came back normal. Why would I need hormone testing?
“Normal” reference ranges are wide and built for disease detection, not optimization. Functional testing can help evaluate where your hormones sit relative to where you feel and function best — often revealing patterns a standard panel groups under “fine.”
Is hormone therapy safe?
Any hormone therapy carries considerations that depend on your individual history. That is exactly why every plan is determined by a licensed provider after appropriate evaluation, and why we re-test and monitor. We will only recommend therapy when it is appropriate for you.
Do you treat perimenopause and menopause?
Yes. Many of the women we work with are navigating perimenopause or menopause and have been told their symptoms are simply age. We measure what is actually happening so your provider can build an individualized plan rather than wait-and-see.
How soon might I notice a difference?
It varies. Hormone optimization is a process of testing, adjusting, and re-testing. Some people notice shifts within weeks; for others it takes a full cycle of optimization. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Ready to decode your biology?
Every plan begins with understanding what is actually happening inside you. Start with a consultation or the Decoded Assessment.
