What is the process like at Royalty Care Med Spa?
You will be greeted by our friendly team. Since we are a medical practice, you will be required to fill out your medical history and some waivers. The forms will depend on the services you are coming in for.
Then you will be taken through our signature process: Discover, Restore, and Balance.
The Discovery process is with our Medical Provider to discuss your main concerns, we are here to help you find balance from the inside out. This process may include skin analysis and blood panel recommendation.
The Restore Process: We will provide you with a 3 months plan in which we will be your biggest support throughout your journey.
Balance: At this stage, we will review how you are improving and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.
What is the difference between the Royal IV infusions and the Therapeutic IV infusions?
Our Royal IV infusions are designed to be primers and promote overall wellness. The therapeutic IV infusions are formulated to assist the recovery of specific conditions such as- reduce anxiety, allergies, common cold, aid wound healing, reduce inflammation, among others.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance or checks. We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card or Care Credit.
What type of credentials do you have?
We follow the guidelines of the different government bodies for each department and medical professional in our practice.
What type of licensed professionals do you have?
Royalty Care Med Spa is a Medical Spa focused on outcome-based medicine. We provide our patients with treatment plans according to their goals. Our medical team comprises a medical director whose specialty is in internal medicine and cellular anti-aging, Aesthetics Nurse Practitioners, Medical aestheticians, electrologists, paramedics, phlebotomist, and medical assistants.
How do I make an appointment?

What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?
To confirm your appointment, we will require a $60 deposit which will be credited to your service. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to promptly communicate with us will result in the $60 credit to be non-refundable.
What is your refund policy?
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED. ALL RETAIL SALES ARE FINAL. For further details, please ask our front desk for our Refund policy.
